No.7 Vodka Cup - PRE-ORDER

Vodka cup has always been a drinks cupboard staple for those in the know - a lighter, less sweet alternative to classic gin based ‘cup’. More and more difficult to find, we set out to create our own perfect version, ideal in a summery punch, full of fruit and mint, with the perfect balance between freshness, sweetness and aromatic complexity. We macerate fresh strawberries in our secret blend of wine, vermouth and vodka before adding sugar syrup for the ideal texture.

Initially fruit dominant, with strawberry, orange, kumquat, caramelised fig and quince evident. Then more savoury characters, cucumber and mint emerge, before warm spices and bitterness from peel lead to a clean and fresh finish. A lightly sweet and indulgent drink, texturally varied, not too viscous, with freshness and purity.

Mixed with lemonade in a classic Summer punch, it’s clean, leafy, floral and complex, the strawberry notes leading the flavour profile and the drink incredibly easy to enjoy and appreciate.
